MINISTRIES

We aim to serve God and our community through these ministries. They give an outlet for us to use our gifts and spread the love of Jesus Christ.

Children's Ministry

Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their opponents in court. - Psalm 127:3-5

Youth Ministry

Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity. - 1 Timothy 4:12

Elder Care Ministry

"Stand up in the presence of the aged, show respect for the elderly and revere your God. I am the Lord." - Leviticus 19:32

Men's Ministry

As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend. - Proverbs 27:17

Women's Ministry

Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting;

but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. Honor her for all that her hands have done, and let her works bring her praise at the city gate. - Proverbs 31:30-31

Music Ministry

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly,
teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. - Colossians 3:16

Stephen
Ministry

Stephen Ministry is a distinctively Christian, one-to-one, lay caring ministry. Lay ministers called Stephen Ministers are trained and supervised to be a listening, supportive and confidential presence for individuals facing a variety of crises or life challenges.

Other Ministries

Prayer Ministry

The Prayer Ministry was established to support our pastor and his family, the staff and their families, the church, and its members. Through prayer and the power of the Holy Spirit we hope to bring growth, maturity, and God's direction to His church. There are designated prayer partners to pray for each Sunday morning service. They gather on Wednesdays to bring specific needs as a group in prayer. The Prayer Ministry is always looking for new members to join the prayer team. Contact Steve Menaldino for more information.

Book Clubs

Once a month, our men and women each have a time to read, reflect, and discuss a good book. This is a great time of fellowship with other members of the MPC community and a chance to grow your own personal library! Contact here to view our events page.
